Mcdonald's - San Jose

The service was a bit slow, but generally the staff was pleasant. I encountered one employee who was upset when I requested ketchup and ranch for my order, stating there would be a 10-minute wait. Aside from that, everyone else was very friendly.

The restaurant has been remodeled beautifully, and they have a convenient drive-thru. The food is great, just like all McDonald's.

I ordered a 4-piece kids meal for a child. When I brought it to them, instead of nuggets, the 4-piece container was filled with mac sauce.

Store says dining room opens at 6am, I wanted for 20 mins until calling, the manager answered the phone and said they don't open until. 6:30, today is 10/12/22 6:26 am. I always appreciate our frontline workers, I'm just disappointed the times are notupdated on Google OR on the doors.

Me my husband passed by the drive through around 8:50pm today the girl handling orders in the back window was super rude!! Bad customer service that needs some talking to from store managers, just imagine if I was from corporate!! She was the one withtwo nose piercings! But very very bad customer service rude.
