Nox Cookie - San Jose

I ordered a Valentine's sugar cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was a great combination. The cookie was one of the best I ever had; it was very fresh and the frosting melted in my mouth. The employees are also very friendly and helpful!

Nathan is awesome! So is his delivery guy! We didn't know that they are working from a kitchen, and don't have a store front yet. I called, asking if I could come in and buy cookies (I drove to their kitchen). They had fresh warm cookies waiting for me. Nathan told us a bit about his company and how they got started. A reminder to all of those who have submitted negative reviews: They're a small business, not a chain. So, be kind and understanding. It's tough when you're a team running a business/delivering/baking/etc. ALL on your own. However, that's what makes them so special! The cookies are delicious (crunchy yet chewy) the service is great and the people are kind. Doesn't get better than that.
