Okayama Japanese - San Jose

My roommate and I decided to try the sushi at this restaurant, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. We've both been feeling extremely unwell, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea all day, along with body aches. I've tried calling multiple times to report this, but no one is answering. This place needs to be shut down before more people get sick. Food rating: 1/5.

Food is alright. Proper sushi served, but some of the fish was bland or dry when it shouldn't be. Only tried some sushi, so not sure about other dishes.Food: 4/5

Terrible service from the waitress, she charged me 2 bills, I explain, I took the first receipt with the bill, I signed it badly because I didn't pay attention, my wife saw that something was wrong and told the waitress and she charged us again the other account, she is very rude and doesn't give you an answer about talking to the manager or the owner, super bad service from this worker, and still rude she tells me that she can't do anything. My money was practically stolen, terrible service.

The food is tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired. There's a female waitress who consistently provides poor service, which is why we no longer visit this restaurant. Food rating: 4/5.

Very funny. Very great service, really nice waiter. Nice chairs! The chair was comfortable! The food here is also good, the gyoza was bussin bussin. If you have allergies you could also ask, they're very nice about it. Everything in the photo was around $20. But to be fair some of them included a bowl of salad or soup.Dietary restrictions: You could talk to them about allergies ie. nuts or tofu, they could make one without them.
