Contribuisci feedbackI had come here to get some work done but noticed they had blocked all their wall outlets, so I ended up leaving and going to another Panera location. This particular location won't be getting my business.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and appeared to be in good spirits. The restaurant was well-maintained and clean. The food was delicious, although I prefer my broccoli cheddar to be thicker than how it was served here. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and was satisfied with everything.
This is my favorite Panera location. The woman with the purple hair and glasses (Monica?) is a customer service expert. The in-house sourdough bread is consistently delicious and always in stock. My only complaint is that their baked goods are too sweet, which I know is not the decision of this particular branch.
We ordered a vegetarian Mediterranean bowl, but it was inedible. The rice was undercooked, so I had to discard the entire bowl. The restaurant did not offer any refunds either.
I?m a frequent customer, I usually Order by the app. Ordered a turkey sandwich with extra frizzled onions but I was given pickled onions instead which made the entire sandwich wet and I hate pickled onions. I drove to work already and I can?t leave.I was also given Very hard disgusting bacon. I requested chipotle sauce on sandwich but I did not receive it. Made order about2pm pick up curbside Monday. Food used to be great not sure what?s happening, it?s like the workers now hate their job and takeit out on customers or they changed management.
