I arrived about an hour before closing time and was impressed by how quickly they took my order and served me! Don't hesitate to ask for a floorless refill right away when you get something— they’re really accommodating about it. Be sure to tip them generously; they definitely deserve it!

My family has been dining at Red Robin for years, and we've never been disappointed. Recently, we had a fantastic server named Sandra. The dipping sauces are the highlight of the meal; my personal favorites are the campfire (it's sweet), honey mustard, and ranch. Be sure to order the fries crispy—they're unbeatable! My go-to burger is the Pig Out, topped with onion straws. A little tip: if you sign up for their Red Robin loyalty program, you'll receive lots of perks, including free drinks and a complimentary burger on your birthday. Registration is completely free!

I ordered a chicken burger, pizza, and nuggets. They were exactly what I expected—not remarkable, but not terrible either, which in this case might actually be a good thing since things could have been worse. The service was inconsistent; some staff members seemed to struggle while others clumsily delivered food, which was frustrating. I was also confused by the fact that we encountered 3-4 different people during our meal, which likely contributed to the mix-up with our drink refills.

4/29/2022 much improved. Quick service not wait. 1/29 6:30 significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10', but they went to table after placing the other 3 customers in front of us. The service is improved. 2019 Slow, slow and slow

Horrible take out service. I called and placed an order and arrived within the time I was told my order would be ready. When I showed up for my order it was still not ready it took over twice the time I was told. To top it off when I got home almost all of the sauces had spilled at the bottom of the bag. This place is so sloppy for take out not to mention that it is the only option at the moment not sure if it is after a certain time.
