Sarku Japan - San Jose

The sushi at this restaurant is consistently fresh and of high quality. The teriyaki chicken served with rice and vegetables is always tender and juicy.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty! It's hard to believe that this place is located in the food court because it tastes just as good as a regular restaurant. There is a wide variety of food available at a reasonable price. I highly recommend trying the Beef, Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp Teriyaki plates!

Food was pretty cold, and portions were small. Shrimp felt a little underdone

Teriyaki chicken flavor wasn't there. Was really just plain chicken and rice. Dumplings were ok nothing special. Roll was alright. Salad in bento box had no dressing it was like dry coleslaw

I was very disappointed by the quality of the food at this mall shop. The CHICKEN BENTO had dry teriyaki, overly dry shrimp tempura, unappealing gyoza, flavorless California Roll, mushy and tasteless mixed vegetables, and did not come with any dipping sauce or soy sauce. It only had a small amount of wasabi and two pieces of ginger. Overall, my experience left me feeling sad and confused about how this restaurant has received a high rating, as the food was subpar.
