Starbucks - San Jose

I always call ahead and the wait for pickup can be slow, so I prefer to just walk in. The restaurant is small and usually busy. I have ordered a variety of items and they offer a selection of drinks.

The food at this establishment isn't bad. The locals in Willow Glen are aware that they often choose to go to either Lincoln or Lenn Dieucks instead. However, the drinks here tend to be lacking for some reason.

I don't understand why this place has received so many bad reviews. I have visited a few times this year and the staff is always friendly, funny, and helpful.
