Starbucks Coffee - San Jose

This is THHHEEEEEEE worst Starbucks in the area. The staff chit chat more than they make drinks. Even if you mobile order your drink still won’t be ready on time. It’s usually 10-15 min past the pick up time. Staff Will literally be standing there talking and laughing and joking like they don’t got a job to do. Food ordered will be cold before you even get your drink.

The bathroom never works. They just don’t want to pay extra for cleaning?Customer pay a lot for a coffee, and just because there’s a lot of homeless around the Starbucks store bathrooms are close for customers?

Slow and the staff don’t care if they keep u 1/2 hour to order a cup of coffee, if it was busy I totally understand but when there is 3 staff and a line of four ppl I have to wait half an hour COME ON

I am not sure why it gets so many five star reviews, there are no chairs to sit anywhere, inside or outside, they have had the bathrooms blocked for a while. You can have your drink standing or leaning against a wall

First time at this location, clean interior/exterior and the right Starbucks taste.
