Subway - San Jose

I ordered a PRO sandwich on two separate occasions, both of which required an upgrade fee, and each time it was disappointingly skimpy on meat. When I reached out to the owner with my concerns, he sent me the exact same response both times, promising to discuss the issue with his team to prevent it from happening again. This felt disingenuous, as it seemed he simply copied and pasted a reply after seeing my negative comment. He questioned why I would want a refund for a sandwich that was poorly made. I encourage others to try the PRO sandwich for themselves, but I won't be returning to this establishment again as I find it to be a poor excuse for a restaurant.

English Underground now offers Hero Bread! It’s low in carbs, making it an excellent choice for a quick and convenient meal on the go. I personally love the Veggie Patty, and I pile on all the fresh veggies. It's always a refreshing and fulfilling meal. The location is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Plus, there's plenty of parking right at the front door. As someone new to the neighborhood, I can already tell I'll be coming back here regularly!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The man at the counter had a rather unpleasant attitude. Perhaps if your staff weren't left to handle the rush by themselves, they would be in a better mood to assist customers.

No $5 feet longer for the day of the week. You added Super FL. Prices approx. $11 for a FL and $7.5 for 6 . New sandwiches such as Baja Jack etc.

This is one of the best run Subways that Ive been to. The manager Nayelli is friendly, fast and provides great customer service!
