The Cheesecake Factory - San Jose

I brought my large family here today and was thoroughly impressed with our server, Isabel. Despite having to cater to so many of us, she managed to serve us all with a smile! Her exceptional service is truly commendable. Isabel exemplifies what it means to provide SERVICE WITH A SMILE!

I typically order the meatloaf, and it was great as always. The service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be returning soon. This review is for the Oakridge Mall location.

I absolutely love this place, especially the design and the service.

Big assortment menu, variety of cheese cakes to choose from, lunch specials, waited a couple of minutes to be seated, friendly staff, delicious food.

We've always really enjoyed coming here. The food is good and the waiter was very kind, but the last two times we have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. We have young kids (ages 10 and 6), and they really struggle when we come here. It definitely makes me think twice about coming back.
