The Farmers Union - San Jose

The cocktails and appetizers were good, but the main course meals were all terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We had a fantastic dinner at Farmers' Union! It exceeded our expectations from our last visit (which I believe was before the pandemic). The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. We can't wait to go back soon!

The food was just average for me, nothing too special and a bit expensive. The service was terrible during my first visit, but the second time I sat at the bar and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would consider going back again.

Review Preview: I am an extremely picky person and probably the most picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review, by Nicolas! I would give this restaurant a 6.5/10!!! I ordered the New York Steak, and asked for it to be as plain as possible. No vegetable toppings, no sauces,no chipotle spice, just meat medium-rare with some salt that is usually aprinkled on. They didn’t mess it up! That makes their service even better along eith the friendly and understanding and caring waitress! However, the steak was a 7/10, which is great for them! The lemonade was also an 9/10, but the metallic tap water was a 2/10. The restyarabt was loud at night, and was a little dim, so the inside would be s 5/10, but there was also outside seating that I can’t give a say about. Overall, this is a great place to go with friends and I’ll ad pictures of food that others ate.

The salad was very tasty and healthy. I liked the stomping this restaurant.
