I lived in Vietnam as an English teacher for 4 years and this place brings me right back. Delicious tofu dishes and loved the eggplant. Wish I lived in San Jose and I’d be a regular.

An excellent hole-in-the-wall vegan Vietnamese spot. They have my favorite phở out of any of the local vegan spots and their brown rice mix is unbelievably good.
