Whiz Burger - San Jose

The restaurant offers clean, affordable, classic American-style burgers that are made quickly and served fresh at the table. This reflects excellent value and customer service. The exterior of the building fits in well with the surrounding area, but remember, you shouldn't judge food quality based solely on the neighborhood. I will definitely be returning! 8/20/15

I absolutely love this restaurant! They serve classic burgers, and their fries and onion rings are crisp and lightly salted. When I order takeout, they always provide plenty of salt, ketchup, utensils, and napkins, which I really appreciate since I can’t stand it when places skimp on these essentials. Lunchtime tends to get busy, as it's popular with locals and people on their lunch breaks. The couple who run the place are incredibly nice, and although the restaurant has an old-school vibe, it’s very clean. Just keep in mind that this isn’t fast food like McDonald's, so you might have to wait a bit.

This is a really nice, quiet spot with fresh food and the friendliest staff you'll ever encounter.
