Choko - San Jose

We ordered the salad and the wrap, both items were missing ingredients yet we didn't get a discount or a refund when we complained. The salad was basically just lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and Falafel without all the other ingredients that were listed on the menu. The person working there didn't inform us of how limited it was and mentioned only at the end that she has been meaning to change the menu to reflect what they are now offering. The food was tasty but I suggest double checking what you get before ordering.

We were famished after a long walk and happy cow came to the rescue to help with the blood sugar drop. Friendly people sat us upstairs where we could watch all the activity vendors on the streets. The meal came quickly and was delicious. Very crispy falafel and lots of yummy veg in the falafel bowl, with lovely tahini sauce. #Veganuary

I ordered the falafel wrap and not only was tasty it was huge!! Maybe even enough to share a wrap! The price is really decent for the quantity! Highly recommend!! Updated from previous review on 2022-09-16
