Mixt - San Jose

Amazing! my parents are visiting here on rich coast of England. I wanted to take them to a place of healthy and vegan food but at the same time rich. Mixt exceeded all expectations! our bowls were full of natural and sotious flavors too. the natural drinks were delicious too. Then, they were leaving the oven pans. one of chocolate sparks and one of nuts. delicious! everything was vegan and what he highlighted was the service so friendly and smiling. it is noted that the people who work there are passionate about their work, and the result is the richest and most healthy food I have ever tasted!

This is the place to visit in Costa Rica. Run by vegans, you'll find the friendly owner Pablo at the counter taking orders and chatting about veganism. The focus on food and flavors is outstanding, the coffee is excellent, the fruit salad is amazing, and the hummus is the best I've had in Latin America in the past five months. The owner is dedicated to supporting local producers and avoiding mass-produced ingredients, even sourcing tofu from a local artisan. The difference that an on-site vegan owner makes to a vegan establishment is like night and day. Everything was top-notch. I left feeling radiant after my meal. The owner is willing to take a hit on profits to keep prices reasonable and promote inclusivity. I'm excited to try more dishes here.

I recently visited this restaurant while stopping by the pharmacy in the same area, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's an all-vegan restaurant with a great variety of options. I tried the "vlt" sandwich with marinated carrots and it was really delicious. They also have a good selection of coffee with soy or almond milk. I also grabbed some banana bread and a cookie to go.

I visited this restaurant today and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the owner was extremely friendly. They offer gluten-free options and I highly recommend trying them. I can't wait to return in the future.
