Olive Garden Escazú Village - San Jose

We have been there several times with larger groups, normally a pleasant experience. During the last visit, it was atrocious having to sit here. Not once did the server come refill our drinks, not once did anyone come to ask whether we needed anything additional or whether the food was edible. We got there right as they opened for lunch, and it was pretty evident they were not at all ready to start their shift. The basics of decent service were simply not offered. Additionally, there was not the slightest acknowledgement of the birthday occasion we were celebrating. Strong advice, take your business elsewhere, plenty of other options that will appreciate having you as a patron.

This is one of my favorite restaurants but my visit today was horrible! They brought my lunch but not those of my friends. After waiting about 15 mins. I spoke with management. About 10 minutes later the other lunches arrived. Staff professed to be sorry but we were not compensated for the lousy service.

Olive Garden was amazing!!! We had a reference and not a good one from Olive Garden in Santa Fe in Mexico City, service was never good, but here service, food were amazing, even with the restaurant fully packed!! Also like month and a half ago I had a shrimp Alfredo in an Olive Garden in Houston and it was delicious, and in here I had the dish and was also was delicious!!! Great restaurant for the family!!! Highly recommended!!

Great customer service by manfred and other employees, very charming people. the whole restaurant was clean. brot, salat and main dishes were delicious. sangria and wein were acceptable, but suppenenenen were not as good as those we tasted in other restaurants in flax. usa.

That was great and in harmony with all the other olive gardens that were brilliant. the service was very bad. the hostess was super nice, but my server or server since I am not sure who actually my server as if I were not existent, never came to my table, once without looking for me or calling for them never deleted my plate /s or my empty drinking glasses checked on me. I had to look for them three times. very disappointing.
