The Big Kahuna Bar And Restaurant

It's one of the best places to stay in LA Union. Everything about it is perfect from their spacious Balinese inspired villas where we had a very relaxing time (we got a room by the poolside facing the beach), the green beautiful landscape, courteous and helpful staff especially Charm, the breathtaking view of the beach from our room and their infinity pool. We had a great time staying at Kahuna and we're coming back very soon to catch the last swell of the season. Thanks, guys for making our stay a memorable one. Until next time! ^ ^

Very nice place...the food attendants were very attentive. Food service was great and fast. Another plus factor was the live band...the singer had a good selections of songs. Keep up the good work! Will definitely come back and recommend your place.

The villas are very spacious though the bathroom has a wide glass window without curtains. It took me a while to get used to walking around naked with the thought of someone watching. The service is superb and the resort attendants are very courteous. The restaurant is a bit tight when the resort is fully booked but the food is great. The beach has grey sand with a lot of accommodating people ready to teach you to surf. Will definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the parking, the resort does not have sufficient capacity to cover parking for all tenants.

The best place in san juan la union. The place is so relaxing, the room is nice and clean. and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. And also the food are delicious. There is also a live band every night . will surely stay here again when we come back to LU :

We arrived earlier than the 2pm check in time since we came from Parañaque. I asked if we could have an early check in since we have a toddler in tow who really needs a nappy change but the rooms werent ready yet. So we had lunch at their resto first while waiting for the room to be ready. We ordered their sisig and Kahuna signature rice (if i remember the name right), it dint disappoint so we had a nice vibes of the place immediately. We got in the room 5mins before 2pm even if the room assigned to us was already released but they had to wait for the go signal from I dont know who. I really thought that I would have a bed experience because of the check in procedure. But then the place has a certain charisma we couldnt resist. The staff are great, the rooms are nice and clean, the people were very helpful and accomodating. The whole place is quiet, the pools are nice and child friendly. Everything is perfect, even the food. 5 stars for Kahuna! We love the place so much that we dont want to leave. If not for the long drive we’ll be here every chance we get.
