Poor customer service. They messed up my order and didn’t apologize after having to come back to the restaurant.Not the first time this has happened, bad experience.

One and only time. Limited side options, nothing special. It's chicken.

Good is really good. There normally isn't a line at this location so I always get my food fast and the order is correct. Chicken places normally serve biscuits, but they serve buns here and they are so good.

Not sure if it's only this location, or the shrinkflation just got worse, but the fish pieces were really small. Also smaller was the garden salad and even the side of fries seems to be smaller.Plus, the place was really dirty. First and last time in this Bronze ChickNOTE: A canned response I've seen you using for all the complaints? I will not be following that form as suggested. Better yet, I challenge GC Corporate to visit this location and see it with your own eyes.
