Marmalade - San Juan

Amazing experience! I visited marmelade with my bf for his birthday we really enjoyed. the mood of the restaurant is casual high end and the service is super! the cocktails are not the best, but the wine selection is one must try.

For those who know me, I know that I am a food. well, I was totally blown away from the customer service, the ambiente and the various foods that were presented during our dinner on Friday night. every single thing tasted wonderful! thanks for a great night my dear

We were here for a 12-person Bachelor party and we were royal treatment thanks to the gm, rafael. incredibly the amount and quality of the food and service. we had several food and nutrition restrictions and allergies, and they could take up everything and all and even provide alternative dishes for dinge that certain people could not have. zach was our server with the help of layla. They were both amazing. whether it is a special opportunity or if they simply love amazing eating and service, they will not be disappointed. I recommend marmalade.

Everything was amazing, eating and service. I have the five cursor times to reach the five stars. first was the tuna tart for me, and for the first time I ever had it, I praised it! then I had two more appetizers. I had the beet salad with homemade goat cheese, then the rigatoni with shaved black truffle and tasso ham. plating was amazing for all. then, after a little break to let the appetizers go, I had a delicate song that was so good that I thought I would dream. I finally had mine. I had a wonderful banana bread pudding that melted in my mouth. That was great and I enjoyed it. but, this evaluation is not only about eating, it is also about service, the people here were amazing, our waitress gave us wonderful suggestions and every teller I got with a person who had a very detailed explanation about what was in the plate I was just eating. Overall, I had the entire experience filled, but still want more. (I am with some photos, but not of everything I ate because in some cases I could not wait for it to see and taste so great!

What a experience in Old San Juan! Very creative and different. It’s expensive but you will not regret. For a special occasion is the best plan. We order the four courses and everything was outstanding. The cocktails and the dessert also WOW
