Subway - San Juan Capistrano

Don't come to this restaurant, very bad experience. I ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki and was only given a piece of meat, and the clerk had a very bad attitude.

Do not go to this location! They always ignore you and skimp on the sandwich as they build it with an attitude. They try to cut them short or put less ingredients than required. There's a Subway on every corner so go to any other one than this one. Because if they act this way to your face I can't imagine what corners are being cut elsewhere.

Food is as good as any other Subway. The weird part about this store is that their hours for closing are 8:30 but for some reason, the last two times I have gone in (at 8pm) they have been hesitant to make me a couple of sandwiches. During both instances they have said oh we are cleaning up. Im like um ok so are you open or not. Last time they said no, this time they hesitated but rolled their eyes and went ahead and made my sandwiches. I have worked customer service before and I know how annoying it is when people come in at the last minute. I would think 30 mins is ample time to get ready to go though. I wouldn 't go in any later than 8 because I get the struggle. If this store really wants to stop helping customers at 8 then they should make their closing hours at 8. Very bizarre experience overall. (the girls working were frantic, sweeping and cleaning everything at 8:00pm. Acting like there was 1 min left until closing...weird) I felt very uncomfortable tbh.

Cute and lovely, gave me and my sister free cookie. Also made a fun and happy conversation while making my sandwich!

I mean the pictures aren't what you get but buying the Beast that was advertised with plenty of meats and what I got was total cheat. Nobody likes to get cheated. My partner felt the same with his. Avoid at all cost.
