The prices are still cheap (plates cost about 25 soles) and the view is ugly, but the service is above par for the area, and the food is well prepared. Service is remarkably fast, and the food features fresh food, not the yesterday 's leftovers that many of the other restaurants in the area serve. No one speaks English, so bring your Spanish speaking friend. The menu offers the usual: lomo saltado, ceviche, chicharrones, etc, but all are delicious. Recommended if you are looking for something in Zarate that is better than the rest of the local joints.
