Chifa Hou Wha - San Juan De Miraflores

An excellent Chinese restaurant (Chifa) in a city full of great restaurants. Large ambience and very affordable

Notice that foreigners particularly have mixed views. Perhaps they don't understand that Chifa is Peruvian Chinese. Essentially Cantonese cooking with Peruvian ingredients and twists. It's great but different then what you would get in China or Australia or the U.S. the arroz chauffeur has always...been great. My favorite is asparagus stuffed chichicken white sauce. Large menu with lots to choose from. Often very, very crowded but in 30 years or more we have never had anything but a great meal.

El mejor chifa del Perú, la atención es buena, los precios son altos pero las porciones lo valen, de un plato comen hasta 3 personas.

Definitivamente el tallarin vegetarian es el major. El dim sun y los gyonsas rellenos de langoustonos estuvo delicioso y el picadillo de pato con hojas de lechuga es un infaltable

La comida es muy buena, hay que saber pedir ya que tiene muchos platos buenos y uno puede pedir de mas.
