Madam Tusan - San Juan De Miraflores

This industry has the best friendly staff in Limas Chifas. The Coctel of Algarrobina was really good. The food was not special.

We went as recommended, but deeply disappointed. Everything was very salty. A court was wrong. They were burned on salty. Slow service. Not impressed

Delicious food, generous portions and follow all required COVID protocols. The ambience can be improved, somewhat too dark.

The dinner was served cold (four different plates). I told the waiter and he took it back. About 15 minutes later he brought back the same food that had been re-heated, all that was crisp now was soft; they probably use a microwave to re-heat. I escalated the complaint to the manager and he basically stated that the reason was that the restaurant was y were busy, he had no desire to help. (cost was over 100 dollars)

Madam Tusan is a beautiful new Chinese restaurant in Miraflores. It’s very spacious so you’re not crowded when you dine. Service was excellent and very professional. The food was fresh and well presented. My wife loved the wine called Tacama special edition.
