El Fogon Mexicano - San Juan del Río

We went back here for dinner in April and the menu was expansive and had something for everyone. I have the chicken enchiladas and very tasteful and the meat was incredibly tender. All the others on the table (4 others were all very happy with their... meals as well as, and most of us took to walk boxes as the portions were great. They brought two different salsa and chips for us while we waited for our food, and as *non-certified lovers of all things spicy, I will say that their spicy version of their salsa is not very sharp, but they have a certain kind of onion that will come to some dishes that is VERY sharp. I'm talking about eyes that water, sweat face, do-I-wear-too-much-blush face-reddening spicy. This is not to say that I do not enjoy this experience. The service was somewhat slow, which was somehow confusing because we were (I think the only ones in the restaurant at the time, but the waiter himself was very friendly, interesting about the food, and took the time to talk to us, why were it what we did, and to see small sites.

La comida está rica, pero el servicio no es muy bueno, tardan mucho en servirte. En el desayuno tenía que estar pidiendo que me sirvieran mas café, pero eso fue el año pasado, ya no he vuelto a desayunar ahí.
