Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Leandro

I was here recently the place was a mess, the employees weren't engaging with customers but playing, yelling .. it looked sounded like I walked into a wild party. I'll never go back have already shared this disappointment with others.

Food was cold, and ordered extra steak which it didn't contain. Barely had any beans. Driver was great though

Poor service once again! I'm sitting here waiting on my guacamole to be made for 30 min and they already made my food. When i was here last time everyone ignored me while i was waiting to get my preordered food. I'll remember to never come here again. I get home and the guacamole they supposedly made fresh is old smh.

Paid for extra protein and literally for 5 pieces of steak in the whole bowl

Went in onna strength of their commercial ? They were up to Task ?
