Absolutely delicious and so filling. The shrimp dumplings, potstickers and steam egg custard bun were my favorite!
Ha gar, shu mai, pork buns potstickers were all delicious. Favorites were the pork buns shu mai, but everything was so flavorful, fresh tasty traveled well weren't mushy at all, not even the ha gar all were perfect.
Large dim sum, but a little greasy and bulked up with flour, so a shrimp dumpling isn 't a single shrimp, but lots of small pieces of shrimp rolled up with flour in a ball. The deep fried meat dumplings were interesting, I 'm pretty sure the outer 'covering ' was a rice mochi like thick sheet deep fried around a ground meat in gravy filling, the texture of the fried rice roll was good, the filling meh.
The dim summary was great! Haven't had the lava one before more of a dessert...delicious! Oil was fresh which is something I don't always find to be the case with Chinese food. BBQ pork buns are some of the better ones I've had. Potstickers are huge!
