Yes they bring the smoke!! JOIN THEIR EMAIL LIST! My first bite of brisket was yumyumyummy smokey. The smokey flavor on bbq is my favorite. It makes me so happy. Is that weird?.. It's a tier of flavor you can't often find around here. I ordered .5lb brisket and .5lb of pulled pork, plus 16oz of the mac and cheese to share with my spouse. My eyes were much bigger than my stomach cause I thought no way will this be enough, especially cause it was just so good. We ate and ate and got so freaking full. Couldn't even finish the plate. We enjoyed our meal and we're excited to try more from Quin and enjoy that smokey flavor again. There was nothing dry about these meats, the flavor was perfection and the mac and cheese has the balance of flavors I always dreamed of finding somewhere. Prior to this whole foods had my favorite mac and cheese. And if you prefer saucy meats they do include a very tasty sauce. Join the list! This was our first order and we were impressed. The meat was amazing and both sides were delicious! We will definitely order again! The family is friendly and the food was ready right on time. Pickup was super easy. Highly recommend!

Firstly, sign up for ibringdasmoke emails or follow them on instagram. This is not an everyday walk up restaurant (at least not of yet). You will be notified in advance when the food is available. Then you simply go online and place your order. I ordered the Trinity. It came with 3 meats and 2 sides. I got the ribs, pulled pork and brisket, with a double side of smoked poblano bacon mac. I also ordered a side of jalapeño poppers. Everything was absolutely delicious! And i mean everything. Plus, the portions were large. Enough to feed 2 people. I will absolutely order again!! Now, although everything was spot on, the stand out item to me was the sauce. The meat does not come sauced, and It tastes perfectly amazing on it's own. However it comes with a little container of sauce, that I wasn't going to try because the meat didn't need it, but ended up trying it just because. It was sweet and spicy. A flavor combination I've never tasted before. Completely brand new to my pallet. I LOVED IT. I will definitely be purchasing a jar.

We were having some family over and really didn't want to cook, so we ordered The Big Trinity (ribs, brisket and pulled pork, I keep accidentally calling it The Holy Trinity which would work as well) along with some sides kale, mac and cheese, and bacon wrapped poppers. Thought we ordered dessert too but we forgot, so we'll have to fix that next time. The meat was melt in your mouth tender, and even though it was a ton of food, we went through it quickly because no one could stop eating! The seasoning is perfect and the sides compliment the meat perfectly. We used to frequent this local BBQ guy whose smoker was on the street corner and he made delicious BBQ, and were sad when he moved to San Jose. Now we've found our local replacement. Support small businesses and eat delicious meat!

The smoke was no joke! My dinner party was delicious and everything was prepared to perfection. The most difficult thing was trying to stop eating. Long after all the food was put away, I continued to snack on the pork belly burnt ends and woke up the next day looking to see if there Was anything left. Lucky for me there was one rib and that was my breakfast. If you have southern roots and you've been looking all over the bay for some good barbecue look no more it has arrived!
