I thought it was a very nice place with high-quality cuisine, I also noticed that they use organic products from the same area of Madrid recently harvested from the Huerta de Abril in Bustarviejo, that has to have a plus in their dishes. I recommend it

In the end, I have not had the possibility to taste the dishes on the menu. Due to personal circumstances I have had to cancel the meal, but I have found a human quality and exceptional treatment. I had been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, so my expectations were quite high. I can sum up the experience as PERFECT. We ordered the XL menu with normal pairing and each of the dishes was better. The chef 's presence throughout the meal, explaining some dishes and wines, and taking care of every single detail, was what made the experience exceed my expectations. Family atmosphere, close treatment and excellence everywhere, sum up a meal in MONTIA .
