Birrieria La Unica - San Luis

This small Birria restaurant is fantastic. It's probably the closest you'll get to the authentic taste of Mexican Birria in the United States. Those who have experienced Birria both in Mexico and the U.S. understand that they are not the same. Most U.S. versions lack that memorable flavor you find in Mexico, but this place has it. They offer beef, goat, and lamb, which is quite rare here; typically, you'll only find beef on menus. Many places don't know how to prepare goat and lamb properly, but that's not the case here. They really know what they're doing. I tried all three meats, and they were all excellent. If you're searching for that authentic Mexican Birria flavor, you won't be disappointed here.

I found this place to have the best Birria in Yuma County. I personally drove 35 minutes to come eat and try it out. Let me tell you that I was not disappointed. They have my favorite which is Birria de Borrego (Lamb and they make the tortillas fresh! I will definitely be a regular at this restaurant. I highly recommend! Make sure you go early tho because they run out (That's how good it is ?

It's not bad; I didn't have a terrible experience, but there's a chance you might enjoy it.

The Mannings have always had the best birria. You can't go wrong eating here?? anything you order will be great. Oh and the freshly made tortillas make the meal way better

Unfortunately the food it's not bad but it takes long time to get it, they should hired more people in order to give us a good service.
