Great flavor and service , amazing portions ,and fresh sea
Everything is fine but today when they put children's games there is too much noise from what the children make... you are not known for being a place for children...
La Bodega is located in San Luis's East End inside the Reidel Shopping Center. In just a few short years La Bodega has grown to become not only a favorite eatery but a popular venue. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes from traditional Mexican dishes to seafood and comfort foods. The restaurant hosts entertainment on their stage and has multiple screens for those looking enjoy the next game, fight, or match.I ordered the meat omlette and it was hearty and delicious, the omlette was paired with house potatoes and refried beans. Food was seasoned perfectly.I'm definitely planning a return trip to try the seafood.
This place has a great environment, food was good I just can't say the same on the service. The server never came back after dropping off our food. We were left high and dry as the server never returned to refill our drinks all night.Besides the service not being so good, we enjoyed the food still a little pricy for being a border town. Can't blame it on the restaurant since the city is the one that controls the city tax on sales. The second highest in the state at 10.71%.Overall, the food looked great, very delicious. I would have given it a five-star if it wasn't for the server delay even tho it wasn't busy. I will stop by in the future to give it a different rating.
