Our server Lauren was friendly and had some great jokes for the whole table. Her recommendations on cocktails were spot on. Service her overall was quick and attentive throughout the whole meal. Ambiance in the space is bright with a minimalist touch. Walking through into the lobby is pretty cool and the hotel design maintains a sense of cohesion to the restaurant as well. We had the crab cake, Ceasar salad. Ceasar salad was good but dressing was more like Mayo than dressing. Crab cake has some heat and great flavors. The empanadas were fantastic and the shorter rib just melted in your mouth. But the real winner was the fried chicken. The portion was huge, the biscuit was gigantic and the seasoning was spot on in the entire dish. Will absolutely be back to Brasserie SLO
Coffee was great- hot and flavorful. Service and atmosphere were outstanding. Liked the food as well. Didn’t expect Akai bowl to be an ice
Excellent place for brunch with a variety of choices. i customized my omelette (the garden, one of the best I've had) and the waitress was helpful in doing this. i had an unusual drink that i think is only on the holiday menu, a mix of creme de menthe and creme de cacao, and it was delicious.
Very happy with our experience here, especially after reading some mediocre reviews. I had the salmon plate and it may have been the best salmon I have ever had. Sides were also well prepared. My husband had a pizza which was pretty basic but not over priced. Servers were quick and friendly. Seated within 3 minutes of entry. I would return here for a special occasion.
Did you want a memorable, special Christmas dinner? No ? Good because this was all about them. Even though we had reservations we waited 7 minutes to be welcomed in the restaurant told to wait for another 15 while other guest who came in after were sat and it took 32 minutes from water to see waitress. She was kind and the only reason there was saving grace. No holiday cheer here and it was all about the wait staff needing to clean tables for a big party etc. food was boring or blackened. My son did like his food. I have done Christmas on both sides of the table and it was rude the way they spoke to people without reservations and only slightly better for those with reservations.
