Joliene Bakery - San Luis Obispo

We love this bakery for their Kouign Amanns alone, but they have so many great pastries and a nice breakfast menu!

Absolutely great! I always get the breakfast sandwich made at home English muffin (see the photo), but I have the pastry and coffee that is also of great quality. This is a must when visiting SLO!

My daughter says Joliene Bakery has the best ice rink in town. I like their pastries that remind me of the corner bakery of Latin Quarter in Paris. I heard Autumn Cake Design also shows her mini cakes during the weekend since this June. That's a good news for me because I like their cakes too. The cakes in autumn are so moist and delicious. Her freezing is rich in taste, but not excessively sweet. She told me to appreciate the cakes at room temperature when Buttercream gets soft and the best tastes!

Dear Joliene Bakery Coffee, pastries and location. I had my eye on the chocolate chip walnut cookie, but was too full to get it this time. Definitely come back to try this!

Great pastries. Very nice service. The Kouign Amann is yummy. The ham and egg and cheese and mustard open face sandwich was good, but a bit strong on mustard. It was hard to eat with the plastic knife and fork. It laughed off the puny attempts of the plastic knife to cut it. I'd still recommend the place, particularly for the pastries.
