Panda Express - San Luis Obispo

I need to share my experience because the woman who served us handled a very stressful situation remarkably well. I arrived a bit after my daughter and her son had already lined up to order. A young man, who looked like he could be a college student, was directly behind them. I admit I should have acknowledged him, but I didn’t. When I approached my daughter and her son, it seemed he simmered for a bit, and when I asked a question, he rudely responded, "Why don’t you wait your f***ing turn?" I was taken aback and explained that I was with them and that my daughter was paying for my meal. He said more, but I was too shocked to remember exactly what. I offered for him to go ahead of us if he wished. Thankfully, the worker intervened and asked him to leave. He stormed out, swearing that she would regret it and that he’d get her fired. I sincerely hope that doesn’t happen. My daughter was genuinely afraid he might come back with a gun. It was such a disappointing representation of what should be a lovely college town.

I received excellent assistance from a young man named Mario, which made my experience truly wonderful. He has a fantastic attitude and a strong work ethic, and he genuinely carries the establishment. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it to all my friends, all thanks to this outstanding employee.

The staff provided excellent service, with most of them being friendly and courteous. Don't hesitate to request a fresh batch of an entrée; they usually prepare it quickly. The quality and taste of the food are consistently good, making it one of the best options for Chinese cuisine in this city.

The employees are always very nice at this location. If they are out of anything they quickly make you some fresh food within a few minutes. The last two times I've been there an employee named Eric helped me and he is so friendly and helpful.

Fast service, everyone was working so hard. They had all the food options and it was just as good as ever lol panda is panda. Also maybe don't recommend eating a fat plate of just panda. Not easy on the tummy or the clear skin
