Contribuisci feedbackThe food was not bad actually one of the better dinners in a disappointing week but the service was a bit sloppy. Guy on the counter couldn't understand my accent and I had to repeat myself several times (some of these kids need to travel a bit get out of California). My pretty basic order also took longer than I was expecting, but all was forgiven when I started eating.
So if I could give no stars I would've..... Irma was very disrespectful not only to me but to her position...for have the trust of the public to be clean and safely handle their food and drink.....I watched her shift the water back out of the cup to keep the ice in so she could reuse it. With her hand .....when I called her on it she began yelling at me...calling me rude....like lady you just had money in your hands and that's just nasty..... thanks for the experience... we will never be back....
I used to love this place 2 years ago, just recently went back and had to pay 20 dollars for a cup of mac and cheese. Meat was terrible half of it was straight fat, cheese tasted damn near sour.
I had the chicken ceasr this time, it was great. Wish I had the tri tip but I'm trying to cut back the red meat. Lol Vegetarian options: Salads
They catered the 4th of July at the pier and they served TINY portions of beef and the chicken was incredibly dry and unappetizing. Not sure if they underbid or underplanned but it was terrible! We paid way too much to be satisfied with what they served. Hopefully whoever plans events like this in the future will steer clear of Ribline; I certainly will.
