Big Apple Bagels - San Marcos

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant through the Too Good To Go platform. I tried once and arrived ten minutes late, but they wouldn’t open the door for me. I gave it another shot and arrived too early, but it seems like they just don’t value their customers. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars, I definitely would.

Staff and managers were rude, food was stale, and overall just a terrible experience.

Bagels was fresh and good amount of cream cheese. BLT bagel was very tasty. Coffee was cold and taste not that good.

An amazingly large selection of bagels. I ordered a large pack without calling ahead, and they were able to gather my request in a very timely manner. The bagels and muffins tasted great and the employees were very friendly and service oriented.

This will be my first and last visit to this place. I ordered a dozen bagels for my team, and they were really stale.
