Wow, this place is delish. I'm a big ice fan and this place didn't disappoint. The only con is that it takes a few minutes to make every ice cream so I don't want to come on a busy day. But fun to see the experience, I can see how children would love the process.

First, your cashier, Kristin at this point must be formed by the difference between organic and premium creams. Also it would help if this place adds a sign to indicate that the line actually starts at the back of the rope vs the side facing the acrylic sun protection. In other places we were always against the acrylic side. Because of this confusion, we were awakened by another moss, only to be lined by others, although the other customers appear clearly after us. Ice is as good as usual, but customer service only needs work.

My first time came, though I had heard good things from other people I know. It's a 'building your own' type place so if you like it, it's kind of your own fault? What we ordered was delicious and one of the girls made sure I didn't think I ordered Keksteig when I asked for cookies. It's gonna happen a lot. It's great that they have vegan options?

Super good ice cream. Worth the price definitely. It?s super dense and creamy and not like sub zeros chunky ice type stuff that they serve. They offer 10% off if you just bring your receipt back so it?s even less if you can remember to bring it. They have tons of topping options and flavor types and I haven?t had a bad experience yet!
