Yum Yum Donuts - San Marcos

Terrible customer service by some of the staff. They have difficulty in basic math in figuring out how to charge for products that don't fit their mold. Don't try to order a donut that's out of their usual half dozen set and ask to be charged thedifference; they can't figure it out and want you to order more than you need. Weird way to handle customer service when acustomer simply asks to be charged more for the difference they are asking for, they can't tackle and are rude about it. Beencoming here for years and other staff could figure this simple procedure out in the past. It's too bad their staff are nottrained well these days. Won't be back. Wow.

Slammin? Ordered two donuts (thick and chewy) and got the red juice. Fresh and healthy so it balances out the meal. Ample parking, friendly staff, clean. No restrooms for the public gotta go to stater bros or nearby businesses.

Says open 24 hours, the place is all lit up and there's some delicious fresh looking donuts, filling the display case, trays are all full..there's no notice posted anywhere but the door is locked : really unfortunate all those donuts just sitting out likethat

Worst Donuts I've ever eaten. They should be called oil rounds, not donuts, they taste like oil and this is on the sugar so something says. Plus $16 for 6 normal donuts??? I never go to this place again. I'd rather eat vegetables than those donuts. How hard can it be? Yum Yum should be goodbye...
