The Chicken they prepare in this place is excellent... it is a Hidalgo Barbecue Style Chicken... it comes wrapped in a piece of Penca and Nopales, and an Excellent Adobo... IT IS A DELIGHT!... A DELICATE from the Kitchen Traditional Mexican that should not be missed. I didn't like the little leather they add, but THE HIDALGO BARBECUE STYLE CHICKEN CONQUERED ME. Whenever I have the opportunity, I will stop by for my Chicken and I will also try the Pork Ribs that they prepare in the same way... They are probably also... Finger Licking Good. And as a Suggestion: they should give the famous Nixtamal Tortillas free of charge, instead of the cueritos.
