Panda Express - San Mateo

Love this place! Friendly workers and great and fast service. Food is hot and fresh. Joyce is always friendly and efficient. She remembers what I want on every visit. She is a hard worker and definitely deserves a raise! I'll be back soon...

Alexa and Joyce have the worst customer service. Alexa does not properly know how to talk to customers. Is rude and disrespectful. Does not respect the work environment. She was rude about everything. Everything. The food is dry, flavorless, no sauce offered. Ambiance is horrible. Very rude people

Good fast service at Hillsdale Mall. It's the typical Panda fare that you would expect. Lots of room available in the food court area to eat. Large windows giving a good view of the outdoors. Clean, well cared for when we were there for a weekday lunch.

Great teriyaki chicken, but forgot the sauce, and didn't want to stand in a long line again to get the sauce

Came in on a Saturday for dinner at around 6:30pm. Line wasn't too long, we were able to get our food in under 10min. We got the Bigger Plate with half noodles/veggies, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and teryaki chicken. The portions were great and exactly what to expect for the price. The food tastes great and meets expectations.We were lucky and got our orange chicken and broccoli beef right as they rotated a fresh batch to the start.This Panda Express is located inside of Hillsdale Mall food court, so you can take advantage of food court amenities such as water and restrooms. There is ample seating available inside, and some outside as well.Food: great, as expectedService: quick, did not wait long at the front of the lineAmbiance: not too crowded
