It is an excellent place to enjoy food on the outskirts of San Miguel. We came to it based on reviews and recommendations, and it is a place worth visiting. First of all, it offers you a calm and relaxed atmosphere away from the saturated places in the center of San Miguel, so come prepared to have a good time and have the after-dinner meal you want without feeling pressured. At first the restaurant looked nice and nice but I honestly didn't anticipate what we would enjoy. The place has excellent quality of food, you can see the attention to detail, which is not limited to the presentation, but to what really matters to you: the flavor. The menu is not very extensive, but it has everything: meats, fish, pastas, salads, soups, etc. We started with some calamari and bruschetta. The latter seemed normal, even on a not so outstanding bread, which did not necessarily spark my need to try it, but once I did I was satisfied with the flavor provided by the mixture of ingredients and I can say that I was satisfied. On the other hand, the squid is so difficult to find places that cook it just right (it's almost like spinning a roulette wheel , because I was amazed by how good it was. For main courses we ordered the angel hair pasta, a New York, Salmon and hamburger. It's difficult to describe each of them because they are completely different, but my number one was the pasta, you really have to try it, that combination of flavors is unique and you will be left wanting more, even though the portion is quite large. The quality of the cut is quite good, I honestly did not expect it, plus it was at the perfect cooking point, a really good cut. I thought the salmon was the best presented dish, and when I tried it it did not disappoint, it was a delight. Finally, the hamburger (it is worth mentioning that I ordered it to try different varieties of dishes was a pleasant surprise, it is a humble hamburger in its combination of ingredients (just as the best things in life usually are , but the quality of its meat and The bacon will make you forget at some point that you are eating a hamburger, only the bread reminds you.
