Truman - San Miguel de Tucumán

The Truman is a modern and stylish new cafe restaurant that is preferred by mostly young people for the Merienda... the service is excellent and the quality of food and drinks also.

It is a lively modern bistro that is quite popular with the ladies. The menu serves more than the usual Argentine grills and they have burgers, salad, pasta etc. The selection is quite good if I usually find that many Argentine restaurants have no variety and don't go... about the typical grilled meat. I went with a large group of friends and I heard that she 're famous for the Black Burger, as it is served on black rolls with coal and that it seems delicious to my friends that had it. My partner ordered some Ravioli Pasta (can not remember the exact) and it is quite delicious. I had a chicken Caesar salad and it's not too bad. The chicken is tender (in contrast to many other restaurants in Argentina that tend to serve chickens that are too overcooked) and that is quite pleasant to me. You have to drink this juice and the green drink is very tasty. In fact, all of us ordered all colors and we re-ordered our respective juices, so I think that means it really good. It's a pretty unexpected place in a small town of Tucuman. We went back there the next day.

A welcome, unexpected discovery in this city. Decor is new and modern, with dishes that are about the usual meat, pasta and pizza. Do not misunderstand me, they still serve them, but at least it is with updated taste and presentation. Service was excellent, friendly...and warm. You do not charge a service fee, which is a bonus. Although prices are slightly above average, the service fee may already be estimated in the menu.

Lo más lindo de este lugar es la presentación de las comidas, además de su excelente valor. A mi gusto un poco sobrevaluado en lo que a precios se refiere.
