I just stopped a coffee here, but I was glad. Unfortunately, the cappuccino machine was broken, I think, so I had a coffee with soy milk. It came with one of the traditional Costa Rican coffee filters (in the bag on the stand. I wasn't quite sure what to do so that the lady poured it for me (Gracias! . I then sat outside on the balcony and saw how the world passed for about half an hour. It was a pleasant visit and I would come back.

I get much sad when vegan limits me in my travels, and I am not able to shed in traditional/local foods. This place was PERFECT for me!!! I have to try both the vegan Cassodo plate and the Chifrijo (and pampered in cake). Would definitely come back

Small café with wonderfully affordable vegan options! The empanada mixto con chicharron de soya (like a vegan pork sneak rate) was so good I came back 3 times to breakfast. Prices are so reasonable and the shares are decent. The breakfast plate with the Falafel Patty was also very good. Coffee was delicious and I decided to try a vegan caramel frappuccino that was good, but very big and sweet. Next time I am in San Jose I will definitely be back!!

The food is really nice, the service takes time but it's a small place and very cosy so no problem for this! However the restaurant is not fully vegan, the numerous vegan options are clearly marked.
