Not sure why, but I misread the name (I thought it said Cinco Cerro Five Hills so when I went inside I was a bit surprised at the tropical decor. Well, no worries! I managed to negotiate the menu and ordered a wonderful ribeye steak. It was prepared perfectly and melted in my mouth. The steak covered my plate! It was a bit pricy for Monterrey, but still a good value. Service was great and despite language barriers, I felt I was well served! Didn 't begin to have room for dessert, but perhaps next time!
The food is ok, their prizes high. Not worth to pay for normal food. I asked for a dish with crab and in spite of asking specifically that I did not want surimi, that’s what they gave me and refused to change it.
Bad service, bad/rancid food, bad drinks.. we didn’t order dessert, we went to another restaurant for it. And an insect walked in the table. Last time!
We had a team building for 49 people in the downstairs area, which is called Aloha! It was an isolated area from the restaurant, offered a private bar and a DJ. We were able to have Tapas versus a traditional dinner. Very convenient and the service was great. Highly suggest for a work gathering.
It’s a classic restaurant, the service is outstanding, the food not That much.. I remember going there and really enjoy the food. Today I was disappointed!
