Typically, I struggle to find more than two or three suitable dishes at Indian buffets, so I was thrilled to see the variety at Bombay Grill. I spoke with the chef, who confirmed that the dishes were prepared with soybean oil rather than butter or other animal products.
I was pleased to find that Bombay Grill offered a wide variety of vegan options on their Indian buffet. In addition to the vegan samosas, I was able to add four different vegan dishes to my plate of white Basmati rice. Typically, I only find a couple of things I can eat at Indian buffets, so it was a refreshing change to have so many choices available. I spoke to the cook and confirmed that the dishes were cooked using soya oil, ensuring they were free of butter and other animal products.
