Mountain Mike's Pizza - San Rafael

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:33 from San Rafael Mountain Mike's Pizza. At 18:55, I called again to ask where my pizza is. The Gal I spoke to when I ordered, said she didn't remember my order. She kept me under control when looking for my order. She said she could place the order again. I said you should offer me a free pizza because of your bad customer service. She replaced the order and said she could spend 50%. I will now contact the owner (John) to advise him of the situation.

Great pizza for the first time I tried it and I was blown away

They left my food at the door and had not to knock the courtesy!!! When my brother came home and said there was pizza at the door, the box was FULL of ants and other disgusting crumbs when I opened it!

Great place for everyone you eat pizza and salad lunch. The crew who works here is great! For almost a decade and its size. Only the problem is parking, but this is not their fault, people are terrible drivers.

I LOVE this place!(Well the pizza!! I tried it like 2 weeks ago n it invoked a memory from when I was little eating Abby's Pizza in Walla walla long ago! I give this pizza a 9! Crazy huh- fyi I have been back 3 times in last two weeks! yum Everest add Pineapple Jalapeño's
