West End Cafe - San Rafael

I was a little sceptical at first. But I'm sure I'm glad I tried. So far the whole food I had was great. Today, by far, was the best. Simple but tasty eggs, bacon, sausage and 2 blue berry pancakes, great atmosphere, great music soft in the background. The best part was a guy who was loud and obnoxious was said to be his mouth through what I think is the owner. It's great for me. Friendly, clean, good food, pleasant atmosphere.

The food was mostly excellent. My date had the breakfast hash with sunny sides eggs, that was PERFECT. I'm afraid I have the Greek salad that was a nightmare. But badly my salad was, our waitress Alexis was incredible. So sweet, so attentive, so funny. She was really what made the experience so above average. Excellent music, quiet location, full bar, fair prices. I can't wait to come back.

This is a really cool spot with delicious food at a great price! I gave it 4 stars mainly because the gyro wraps and shawarmas weren't exactly 'wrapped' properly, which made them a bit messy to eat. Other than that, the place is fantastic!

The service here is incredibly friendly, and the menu offers a great variety of dishes at reasonable prices! You can enjoy meals in the Deli area or in the adjacent dining space, which features a beautiful full bar. Both areas open early to cater to all your needs!

I appreciate this place for its late-night food, available until 11 PM. They offer a great selection that goes beyond typical greasy bar fare, featuring genuinely appealing options.
