Brilliant freshly cooked squid, award winning mussel croquette pinxos, perfect tortilla soft in the middle. Very friendly helpful staff. Locals book tables no wonder! Fantastic atmospheric local bar amongst in Gros where a lot of the bars have taken on a “cooler”, less Basque persona.

A leisurely 10 minute walk into Gros is this bar frequented mostly by locals, or at least it was when we visited on a midweek early afternoon in April. Wine, cana, a gilda and a mussell croquette was 8.60. Barman didn't speak English, which is fine. No table service outside when we visited but bar service fast and friendly. In and out quite quickly as it should be with pintxo bars I suppose. Would definitely return to try more food.

My husband and I came across this place while we bar hopped trying different pinxtos. No frills place where the locals come to eat and drink! Love it and the servers were more than welcoming and helpful! Must try their calamari and mussel croquettes!

Una tasca vasca auténtica con tapas que no encuentras en todos los sitios. Nos la recomendaron por las croquetas y en efecto la que probamos, de jamón, superó las expectativas. Comimos también pimientos con carne que resultó ser una muy buena sorpresa. La tortilla de bacalao también muy rica

Las croquetas de jamón, por la que es conocido , muy buenas pero un poco caras. Es un buen bar, lleno de gente local, no como otras estafas para turistas.
