Places visited during travel. I ordered ribs, stone pot bibimbap, and kimchi balls. The side dishes and food overall are delicious. It was my first time eating kimchi balls, and I want to come back to eat them again next time I get the chance. ?
Was so surprised! This place is as close to Korea as I have found in Tucson! And the military discount is a great bonus! Thank you!
This was our first trip to Kimchi Time, but so far so good. We are thrilled to find a good Korean eatery with decent dare I say pre pandemic prices, and great service. Sure, the restaurant is a bit grungy, but not awful. And the young fella who served us couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. For the details, we had DOLSOT (what they call Bimimbap in a hot stone bowl) for $14.95, a vegetarian SOON DU BU (like a creamy, spicy stew) for $12.95, and beers. With a generous tip we were out of there for about $50. And we were quite happy and full.
My wife and I go a few times every month and always enjoy the food and the family-style restaurant. Favorite dishes in no particular order are the Kimchi Pancake, the fried chicken wings, Kimchi Jigae, Bibimbap, Galbi, Naengmyeon(in summer), Beef and Pork Bulgogi. Recently we used the private karaoke room for a friends birthday and had a great time. The music selection is geared more to Korean speakers but English is our only spoken language and we did not run out of songs to embarrass ourselves singing along to. Easily my favorite Korean spot in Tucson!
