Laco Tucson Outdoor Downtown Tucson

I love the ambiance, customer service, and food. I went in the evening and it was very intimate. The restaurant is outdoors surround by colorfully painted small businesses. They have a center stage where they play live music. It's a very casualenvironment and the have the cutest restaurant cat named Lucky Girl, who is friendly as well. I have the Mediterranean saladwith chicken and hummus. It was delicious! They serve large portions.

I originally googled ?best margarita in Tucson?, but now have eaten there twice since their recent reopening. It?s probably one of most queer-friendly places I?ve found in Tucson, the staff are extraordinary, and the ambiance is very chill. We have eatenthere twice during our 7-day vacation in the area, and then gotten to-go orders to take home! I love the aged, smoked pulledpork tacos, and obviously, they really do have the best Margaritas in town. A kind, lovely, and delicious restaurant!

LaCo has some great (vegetarian and non vegetarian almost everything has an option to swap) food in generous portions, accompanied by an awesome drink selection with wine, local brews, and an adjustment of cocktails. Tables are set in an amazingopen air setting with live music and casual atmosphere. Absolutely worth a visit, but reservations may be a good idea. It wasn'tso busy late afternoon in the middle of the week, but I imagine we hit at a good time.

We needed a place to sit down and get a cool drink after doing the Historic Turquoise Walk. LaCo was convenient as it's across the street from the Tucson Presidio. The outdoor courtyard was inviting in the late afternoon and there is a pond in the middle.There are also artisan shops that are on the other side of the courtyard where you can find Native American art as well a moretraditional Western arts and crafts. We wanted a light snack which were tortilla chips and salsa and of course I had to have aprickly pear margarita. Very tasty and strong!

This place probably deserves at least a 4-1/2 star rating if not better. I have been here numerous times a d will be back again. The setting is amazing and the food is good.
