Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive thru and was told to pull around and wait in the front. They forgot about me and I had to get down and go inside to get my food. When I was inside they handed me the wrong food and when I told them it must have been someone else’s food they walked away and were instantly distracted so I was forgotten about again. It happened a second time before the order taker saw what happened and took it upon hisself to help. I finally got my correct plate. All the workers there looked like they were all stressed about trying to meet higher standards that they aren’t used to.
The workers very rude when I tried calling regarding a mess up on my order no one answered the phone. I drove down to the location and told them about the problem and asked to get my right order the worker proceeded to get my order but just threw my food in the bag and did not apologize for the mess up….

Best Panda I have been to Ten Stars! Highly recommend! All bowls were full, hot, excellent quality, generous portions. All staff welcomed customers and were very nice! Inside very clean also! I was here Sunday 2pm.
Went in to order a bigger plate, due to sharing it with my partner, I ordered the takeout and asked if I could have each item boxed separately. The attitude after asking this of Aidan completely changed and was visibility upset and annoyed by this. One of the mains I ordered was the string bean chicken, the bowl was almost out of items, but instead of waiting for a fresh serving bowl or asking me if I would be fine waiting, he manages to scoop the remainder of the leftover green beans with hardly any chicken in it. Disappointing for the prices. Save yourself the time and drive to another Panda Express, every time I go to this one I am always disappointed and it is clear management can care less about fixing these issues by looking at all the negative reviews recently.
